CAPE Members Talk to Legislators and Gov. Ritter
More than 150 state employees converged on the Capitol for the CAPE Lobby Day to discuss improved health care and better pay with their legislators. During the day, Governor Bill Ritter addressed the CAPE members and answered questions from the audience.
