Many state employees and their families are struggling with
the lack of affordable, quality care under the current state health plan. 

CAPE is bringing our families’ stories to the attention of the public, as well as
state legislators and the Governor as part of our ongoing campaign to increase
funding for employee health care. As the state’s largest employer, we believe
Colorado has the responsibility to lead on the issue of affordable, quality health care.
